Many people ask me what it takes to be a good realtor and my answer is: you have to eat, sleep and breathe real estate. Then, you have to be driven to do the best you can for each one of your clients. After that you need experience, knowledge, creativity, compassion, and strength. And a whole lot of energy.
I’ve been through a lot in my career, and I bring my own personal home ownership experiences with me wherever I go. I am one of those unfortunate people that lost money when the market tumbled in the 90’s so I am very sensitive to pricing and value.
I’m very careful when it comes to my clients’ money and their budgets.
I enjoy learning and often take in seminars and designation courses in order to stay on top of change and advancement. When you are as passionate about real estate as I am, you just can’t get enough of it! Below you will find an description of my real estate designations. I am proud to be able to represent my clients with the highest level of expertise.
When first time buyers come to me I’m thrilled to help them learn everything they need to know to make a great decision, no matter what their pace is. For more savvy clients, including Boomer first-time-in-a-long-time clients, I help them fine tune their strategy and lead the way utilizing leading technology to ensure great success. Each property is unique and so is each buyer or seller, and every single deal is different. Having 20 years experience sure comes in handy every day! I make sure that I ask the right questions and work at the top of my game in order to deliver the desired results.
Some people are confused by my TV presence and mistakenly think that I am an actor. No way! I have been a successful realtor for 20 years, and that is why I was chosen to host Property Virgins. The most gratifying part of being on TV is that I was able to do what I love while helping millions of people around the world achieve their real estate dreams. When asked which career I prefer, people are often surprised by my answer: I love my job as a Realtor. This is my best fit and I am grateful to be home with my family and to work with great people like you every single day.
I strive to be the realtor my clients need me to be.
The CRB designation—Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager – is one of the oldest and most respected designation in the industry. Since 1968, the Institute has awarded this prestigious designation to realtors who have met specific requirements and completed advanced professional training. Only 3% of realtors have met the requirements for this designation which exemplifies the highest level of professional achievement in real estate brokerage management.
The Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation is the premier credential in seller representation. As an SRS designate I have achieved a new level of professionalism and elevated professional standards, while demonstrating the knowledge and skills essential for seller representation.
By earning the SRES® Designation, I have demonstrated the necessary knowledge and expertise to counsel clients age 50+ through major financial and lifestyle transitions in relocating, refinancing, selling the family home or acquiring investment properties to improve your retirement funding. I am well equipped to identify key life stages and transitions in relation to housing choices including aging in place, independent living, housing options for assistance as well as financing options, tax matters and legal matters.
